It’s always a good day when we get to talk about the incredible Salesforce community – but for this T-Shirt Tuesday, we’ve got something extra special to celebrate. Our latest sponsorship campaign has officially wrapped up, and we’re buzzing with pride about what it’s achieved.
If you’ve been following what we’ve been up to at Shirtforce, you’ll know we’re big believers in giving back to the community that gives us so much. Through our sponsorship program, we’ve helped support community events, projects, and causes around the world – and this time, our focus turned to something truly exciting, West Africa Dreamin.
For anyone who hasn’t heard of it (where have you been?), West Africa Dreamin is one of the incredible community-led Salesforce events that bring together Admins, Devs, Architects, Business Analysts, and everyone in between for a day of learning, inspiration, and connection. It’s a huge deal for the growing Salesforce ecosystem across Africa – and we wanted to make sure as many people as possible could be part of it.
That’s why we launched a campaign to fund the travel expenses (should we say Ohana-bus?) for five amazing attendees heading to Accra from across the continent. And thanks to the support from you, our community – through T-shirt sales, donations, and general good vibes – we did it!
These five individuals are absolute living proof of the Trailblazer community and its power. The fact that they’ll now be able to attend West Africa Dreamin to learn and network, share their knowledge, and bring new ideas back to their local user groups is exactly what community is all about – multipliers!
For us at Shirtforce, this campaign wasn’t just about minibuses – it was about breaking down barriers and helping connect passionate people who are building something bigger than themselves.
Here’s to the five attendees who are heading to West Africa Dreamin – and to all the Dreamin events out there that keep this global community thriving.
Over the next week or so we’ll be introducing you to our beneficiaries, so tune in to our socials;
So, a massive thank you to everyone who bought a shirt, spread the word, or cheered us on from the sidelines. You’ve helped make something genuinely special happen; You knew what to do… Look good, do good.
