Turning T-shirts into opportunity

Every Shirtforce product includes a markup that is donated directly to charity and our Sponsorship Programme – not profit.

Those funds are used to provide:

✈️ Travel grants
🌱 Access to learning and networking opportunities

This support helps individuals attend community events such as Dreamin-style conferences across the world, opening doors, building confidence, and creating life-changing connections.

From local meetups to international conferences, Shirtforce helps bring more voices into the room.

How to get involved

For events where we have sponsorship available, we’ll open a submission form. Sign up to our newsletter and socials to make sure you hear when the next round is open! 

Applications are open to anyone who:

• Has not attended a paid-for community event before
• Is not currently in paid employment

Once applications close, we’ll be in touch with successful applicants to organise your conference ticket and travel grant.

Why We Do It

Many of us know what it’s like to feel disconnected early in our careers. Learning alone, watching events online, and wondering if we belong in the room.

Shirtforce exists to change that. We believe:

• Community should be accessible to everyone

• Opportunity shouldn’t depend on circumstance
